As Chief Legal Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Monica leads the company’s global Legal and Compliance function. Her strategic leadership integrates governance, risk, and operational execution to enable innovation, strengthen enterprise performance, and drive long-term value.
With more than two decades of experience at top law firms and across global Fortune 100 companies — including UnitedHealth Group and Sanofi — Avram brings deep expertise at the intersection of healthcare, law, and emerging technologies. She has built high-performing, financially disciplined legal teams, advised executive leadership and boards on enterprise strategy, and guided organizations through complex regulatory and operational environments.
