Waltz Health, an EVERSANA company, has introduced a new Direct-to-Employer (DTE) Access Model for FDA-approved obesity management medicines. The model, developed in collaboration with leading drug manufactures including Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk, gives employers a new, clinically responsible pathway to offer access to authentic GLP-1 medications with predictable pricing, end-to-end support, and real-time oversight.
It will launch in January 2026 and is the first large-scale employer solution designed to meet rising demand from employees while protecting clinical integrity and employer budgets.
Recently, Fierce Healthcare spoke with EVERSANA CEO Mark Thierer about the model and what it will mean to employers and employees in the future.
